A medical doctor’s journey from hospital wards to compassionate, everyday lifestyle guidance. Dedicated to helping people step away from restrictive diets and build lasting peace with food and their bodies.
I began my medical journey at King's College London, qualifying with my MBBS degree and dedicating over eight years to clinical practice in the NHS. In hospitals and GP surgeries alike, I worked closely with patients who were doing everything humanly possible to improve their health.
They counted calories, gave up the foods their families had cooked for generations, and pushed their bodies to exhaustion. Yet when their routines proved unsustainable, standard medical advice rarely questioned the advice itself—it questioned the patient's willpower.
Watching capable, motivated people feel overwhelmed and blamed felt profoundly wrong. Health is not a moral scorecard, and sustainable change cannot be built on restriction and guilt.
I pursued advanced certification with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM) and completed my SCOPE certification with the World Obesity Federation to study the human side of long-term habits: how sleep, daily stress, nervous system calm, and culturally meaningful meals work together in real everyday lives.
Weight Wellness Pathway and Steady exist to provide a kinder, evidence-informed alternative: practical tools, uplifting habits, and honest encouragement that celebrate consistency over perfection.
